Discovering that you are neurodivergent can be extremely difficult and it can be hard to know where to find reliable information. Here at Auticulate, we promise you:

Neurodivergent people often face stigma, misunderstanding or judgment. Auticulate is a safe space where you can engage, share and learn without fear of being criticised, judged or stereotyped.

The information you will find here comes from both personal insights and credible resources. We will give you a balanced perspective providing you with trusted evidence-based information.

We know you may process information differently, so ensuring accessibility is our focus. Our content is available in various formats allowing you to engage in a way that suits you.

Auticulate will provide you with actionable advice and tools to help you to navigate the daily challenges you face as you come to understand and feel empowered by your neurodiversity.
I’m Rachel, the creator of Auticulate and I am both Autistic and ADHD or as I prefer to call it ADD, Attention Dependent on Dopamine. I’m also the parent of two neurodivergent children. I created Auticulate first as a social media channel and now as a website to share my personal experiences. This is a safe space which I hope will be cathartic for me, making me feel more confident and more resilient and therefore able to support others.
I want to help other neurodivergent people learn more about their differences and provide information for non-neurodivergent people to learn how our brains differ and why.
There’s such a lot of wrong information out there that’s often put together using outdated old-fashioned, inaccurate data and stereotypes. This often comes from the perspective of non-Autistic people talking about their observations of Autistic people. I want to be among the voices to change that narrative.

At Auticulate, my goal is to help you better understand and embrace your unique perspective by providing guidance, resources and sharing my personal experiences. Whether you’re exploring your neurodivergent identity or seeking practical tools, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Here’s how I can help:

I am happy to be contacted should you wish to get my advice or support with any issues you are having.
I’m an experienced public speaker. I’m keen to hear about opportunities for me to speak and share my experiences.
For both ad-hoc advice and formal training a fee will be charged to cover my time and expenses. This will be calculated on an individual basis depending on what work is required.
However, whenever contacting me please do be aware that I am protective of my own boundaries and have to prioritise my own mental health in all interactions.
As such, if you email me then please do be patient in awaiting a response and please be aware that I may not be able to help you if I do not feel that it works for me. I will do my best to signpost you to alternative support.
